What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional email and gift note.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay/UPI apps) — we never see or store your card, bank or UPI credentials.

How we use it

• To pack, ship and deliver your order, and to update you about it (including on WhatsApp).
• To respond when you contact us.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with courier partners (name, address, phone) to deliver your order, and with the payment gateway to process your payment.

Retention & your choices

Order records are kept for accounting and support. Want your data deleted or corrected? Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
