Where we deliver

The Curate Crate ships across India — all serviceable pincodes, metros to small towns, via trusted courier partners.

Timelines

• Every crate is styled and packed to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• During peak occasions (Valentine's week, Rakhi, festive season) dispatch can take an extra 1–2 days — order early!

Charges

Shipping is ₹79 on orders below ₹999, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. Any charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we update your order page with the courier and a live tracking link. Check anytime via the Track Order page using your order ID and mobile number.

Damaged or delayed?

Gift hampers are fragile and we pack them with extra care. If your parcel arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with an unboxing photo/video and we'll make it right.
