About us

This website is operated by The Curate Crate ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

• Every crate is hand-styled. Product photos are of real crates, but tiny elements (ribbon shade, sticker design, treat brands) may vary slightly with availability — always equal or better in quality.
• Hampers may contain edible items (chocolates, cookies, choco-pie). Check the "What's inside" list for details; consume within the printed shelf life.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders & payment

• All orders are prepaid — via secure online checkout or UPI as shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a pincode is unserviceable.

Custom orders

Custom hampers arranged over Instagram DM are quoted and confirmed in chat; those conversations form part of the order agreement.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
